HELP! Does anyone know how to make a unique diaper cake?

Im throwing my friend a baby shower and i think that a diaper cake would be an awesome gift. Does anyone know how to make a unique one or know where i could find instructions? what i mean by unique is diaper cake shaped in Tricycle or a Car ect.. Thanks so much..
