Tuna Cakes Recipe

need a tuna cake recipe…kid friendly?

I have canned tuna…looking to make tuna cakes…not too many spices and such…just basic. thanks.

Tuna cakes

Ingredients
2 cans tuna, drained and flaked
6 ounce package stuffing mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup water
1 carrot, shredded
1/3 cup real mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

Method
Mix of the ingredients together, refrigerate 10 minutes

Heat a large non-stick skillet sprayed with Pam on medium heat. Use an ice cream scoop to add 1/3 cup portions of tuna mixture (in batches) to skillet.

Flatter into patties with spatula and cook 6 minutes or until golden brown on both sides (3 minutes per side)
