Rice Cakes Snacks

new diet I just started what do you think?
i do 30 min of cardio/weights (its cardio with a medicine ball) and i do 30 min of ab exercises one day then only cardio the next i alternate every other day and take sunday off im on a new eating plan the first day look like this Breakfast- 1c scrambled egg whites and an orange Sanck 1 pear and 10 almonds Lunch- salad with 3oz tuna 2c lettuce 1/4c celery 1/4c cucmuber 2Tbs regular italian dressing and 1 brown rice cake Snack- 2 large celery stalks w/ 2tbs peanut butter Dinner- 4oz griiled chicken w/ 1tbs spicy mustard 1 c lettuce w/ italian dressing 1c unsweetened aplesauce so what do you think does this sound good or not
I think you're doing a FABULOUS JOB!!! You're watching what you eat, and exercising....May I offer one bit of advice? You may get bored with the same routine/menu day in and day out, so maybe switch it up a bit... be creative too! Keep up the great work!
