Cup Cakes Wrappers

What can I do to keep the cup cake wrappers from sticking.?

When I bake cup cakes, the wrappers stick to the cake. My theory is that because I am adding applesauce instead of oil this is what is causing it to happen. I start with a banana bread mix and I add more bananas, chopped walnuts and instead of the oil I am putting applesauce. They are delicious and moist but stick to the paper wrapper. Any suggestions???

I would just spray the liners with Pam (or any non-stick spray) before putting the batter inside. That's the only thing I can think of that may help without adding extra calories. Good luck!
