chef duff from ace of cakes who own charm city cakes, i looked the the charm city cakes website and it said he worked professionaly when he was 14, how did he do that? im 13 and love to bake i wish i could work professionally by 14. how will i do that?

Hang around the bakery in your town and get to know the chefs. If they like you they might give you a job washing pots which will lead to bigger things. Good Luck!
