What should I do? I think my family hates me?

My family always makes fun of me, my birthday was a couple days ago and my sisters boyfriend Kyler called me a tramp and my mom and my sister Leah laughed and I guess I cut my birthday cake wrong, because Leah and Kyler made fun of me and told me I was retarded I invited my whole entire family, but only they showed up. They do more stuff too it has been going on for months, I sometimes cry myself to sleep, I'm starting to hate myself, and I think about suicide 24/7 all the guys at my school call me ugly and I barely have any friends, I have panic attacks, I'm bi polar, and depressed I live with my grandma and she's a drunk and also hates me. I just feel like total crap and wish I was never born.
