Sorry for not having any idea where to get things like this but it doesn't look to difficult to make one by yourself. Material you may get at Jarir book store, Green Branch, etc. Otherwise you may just approach bakeries having cakes displaying the same way and ask where they get it from or if you can buy one from them.
