which should be better,bake 2 separate cakes and sandwich them or just a single cake and slice it into half?
in terms of moistness. i think that some of you may have misunderstood my question. what i meant was, is it better to bake two cakes and sandwich them together or just bake one and slice it into half? most recipe books, require us to make two cakes but i've always been baking just one which i find saves a lot of time but does it decrease the quality of the cake?
In terms of moistness, it doesn't make any difference what size it is. The important thing is the recipe you use.
